One of my favorite places to grab lunch or dinner with my family. Their bento boxes are my favorite and the salad n soup is soo good! Their service is fast and the workers are friendly. Sushi is yummy! And their bobba tea is my kids favorite drink from there. We visit them once every week or weekend, definitely recommend!

Food was amazing! Prices are very fair, and the service was great. We came with a good size group and our food came pretty quickly. They also serve the sides first, so you have something to eat while waiting. Definitely will be going back! P.S. - the dinner box is such a great deal!! Definitely recommend giving that a try!

As a life-long Fairbanks resident, I have been coming to Fuji since they opened when I was in high school. This place is my favorite sushi joint in town, not only because of the large bay windows, and smaller cozy atmosphere, but the employees are always so kind, and I've never had a meal I did not like. For a few years, I was going so often that they even knew my order. I always get the Dinosaur roll, and its been consistent every time I have gone. Love this place, it will always be a favorite.
